This property had asbestos eaves some with water damage.
The scope of works here was:
1. Remove and dispose of the asbestos (done by an external licensed contractor)
2. Remove, dispose of and replace the fascia, gutters and downpipes ensuring correct falls and adding downpipes as necessary.
3. Replace eaves with fibre cement sheeting , the painting was done by the owner after completion.
4. In this case the owner rendered the walls so the downpipes verticals were left off until this was complete.
